I Love These Strawberries

Here is my 2nd new blog that is essentially a food and exercise journal. This is just another tool to help me stay accountable. Although I'm not changing my eating habits this month, I am going to start getting in the habit of writing down and taking inventory of what I eat.

Now, I do plan on exercising this month, so I'll write down what I'm doing and any results I'm seeing etc.

Oh, and I love this little strawberry blog template from "The Cutest Blog on the Block." I love pink and green and totally adore Strawberry Shortcake (goofy I know), so this design makes me smile.

January 1

Food

Breakfast-1 cup coffee with 2 T sugar, 4 T milk, 1 mini Reese Cup

Lunch- Cheeseburger Happy Meal, small coke, 6 piece chicken McNuggets (shared with the baby)

Dinner- 1 cabbage roll, roasted potatoes, cornbread w/butter, can of coke, 4 turtle chocolates

Snack- 4 Ritz crackers w/chive cream cheese, 2 large glasses of water




Exercise

Walking- 30 min on treadmill
